Report Specimens
Representative chart plates and section structures from our cohort and segmentation deliverables — anonymized, with the annotation style clients receive in bound reports.
Plate set A · Acquisition cohort retention
How we show decay over time
Each plate includes cohort size, definition footnote, and event markers. Colors remain consistent across a report series so year-over-year comparisons need no legend relearning.
Early drop · onboarding window
Mid-curve · rhythm formation
Tail · stable regulars
Plate set B · Segment overlap matrix
When groups share members
Overlap matrices reveal whether promotional acquirers are also high-frequency visitors — a question single-segment summaries hide. We cap matrices at six segments per page to preserve legibility in print.
| Segment | Weekly | Monthly | Event |
|---|---|---|---|
| Promo entry | 12% | 34% | 54% |
| Organic entry | 41% | 48% | 11% |
| Reactivated | 18% | 52% | 30% |

Report binding and delivery
Flagship reports ship as wire-bound A4 volumes with numbered chart plates, a executive summary folio, and an appendix of data definitions. Digital copies arrive via encrypted link the same day as physical binding. Briefings use the printed volume — not projected slides — so participants can annotate margins during discussion.
Audit memos and briefing handouts use lighter saddle-stitch booklets when page count stays below twenty-four.
