Deliverables are written reports, chart plates, and scheduled briefings — not software subscriptions, hosted dashboards, or ongoing data processing unless explicitly agreed in a signed statement of work.

2. Engagement and acceptance

A commercial engagement begins when both parties sign or confirm in writing a statement of work specifying scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate data exports and timely responses during scoping and review phases. Delays in data delivery or factual review may extend timelines without penalty to Willowpath. Clients warrant they have lawful authority to share customer data for analysis.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes. Willowpath retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. We may reference anonymized engagement outcomes in marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing before delivery.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during an engagement. Willowpath stores client data on encrypted systems and deletes working files according to our retention schedule unless longer retention is requested.

6. Limitation of liability

Willowpath's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our reports inform business decisions but do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice.

7. Website use

8. Governing law
