Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to customer segmentation reports, retention cohort audits, and executive briefings commissioned from Willowpath Analytics Co., Ltd. It does not cover products or services we do not offer, such as software subscriptions or hosted dashboards.

Cohort Segmentation Report

• Deposit (40%): Refundable in full if you cancel before we begin data processing. Once processing starts, the deposit is non-refundable except where Willowpath cannot deliver due to our fault.
• Draft payment (40%): Due upon draft delivery. If you cancel after draft delivery, this portion is non-refundable because analysis work is substantially complete.
• Final payment (20%): Due upon binding and briefing scheduling. Non-refundable once the bound report ships.

Retention Cohort Audit

Full fee is due upon booking confirmation. Cancel more than five business days before the agreed start date for a full refund. Cancel within five business days: fifty percent refund. Cancel after analysis begins: no refund.

Executive Segmentation Briefing

Full session fee due upon confirmation. Reschedule at no charge with at least seventy-two hours notice. Cancel more than seventy-two hours before the session for a full refund. Cancel within seventy-two hours: fifty percent refund. No-show: no refund.

Rescheduling briefings

One free reschedule is included if requested at least seventy-two hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur an administrative fee of ₩55,000.

Work already started

If you cancel after we have begun analysis, you receive no refund for completed work. Partial deliverables are not provided unless both parties agree in writing to a reduced scope and adjusted fee.

Materials purchased on your behalf

Printing, binding, or courier costs already incurred for your project are non-refundable even if the engagement is cancelled before delivery.

Data issues

If client-provided data is unusable and cannot be remedied within the agreed timeline, you may cancel before draft delivery for a refund of fees paid minus any non-recoverable third-party costs and days of work completed at ₩180,000 per day.

Our cancellation

If Willowpath must cancel an engagement due to capacity or conflict, you receive a full refund of unused fees or the option to reschedule at your convenience.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds require the account details you used for payment.

Disputes

Contact info@page-willowpath.click or +82-51-6382-4159 with refund requests. Include your engagement reference and invoice number. We aim to respond within three business days.
